RION Hotel Athens booking policies & terms - for individual guests as well as large groups and travel agencies.
GROUP BOOKINGS
To secure your booking for five rooms or more, a non-refundable deposit of at least 30% of the total cost is required two months before your check-in date. The remaining balance can be settled upon your arrival.
PAYMENT
RIO Athens Hotel has the right to pre-approve the customer’s credit card when receiving an incoming reservation.
By making a reservation, you are fully aware of the hotel reservation, payment, cancellation and cancellation policy.
The hotel reserves the right to cancel a reservation if there is no valid credit card information.
To avoid difficulties, please keep a copy of your booking on display upon arrival at the hotel.
For non-refundable reservations, the total amount of the reservation will be charged automatically upon confirmation of the reservation. Modifications or cancellations are not allowed.
The charge and payment of accommodation and services is made in Euros.
Credit cards accepted: VISA, MASTERCARD
The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize credit cards prior to arrival.
For all reservations the Hotel Rio Athens provides Confirmation Number to the customers 48 (forty-eight) hours before the arrival date
For Group Bookings more than 5 (five) rooms in order to confirm the reservations we need a 30% deposit of the total amount which is Not Refundable, 2 (two) months prior of the arrival date. The rest of the amount will be paid upon arrival.
ALL ANSWERS YOU NEED
1. A child under the age of 3 can stay for free when sharing existing bedding.
2. For children aged 4 to 12, an extra bed can be provided at an additional charge.
3. Children who are 13 years old or older will be charged at the adult rate.
For all room types, extra beds and cribs can be added.
Fees for extra beds are not included in the total price.

Check-out: Before 11:30
RION HOTEL serves breakfast every morning from 08:00 - 10:00 in the lobby restaurant.
The breakfast is presented as a buffet with assorted goods and ingredients from the local market in Athens.
Price Adults: € 9.50.
